Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at contact@oxokart.com with your order details.
- Once the cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded as per our refund policy.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item delivered or defective product).
Exchange Policy
- Defective or damaged products will be replaced and delivered in 7 to 10 business days.
